With over a decade of experience in real estate, short term rentals, home and interior design and graphic design, homecare, pet and child care, we; Alice, Annie and Patty Walker, bring a wealth of knowledge to hosting. Our experience renting out our own properties in Los Angeles, Florida, and Costa Rica on Airbnb and VRBO, has taught us how to run a short term rental property safely and profitably. We know what savvy guests are looking for in a home and how to create the perfect environment for their stay. Our approach is personal, detailed, and customized to your home and goals. In addition, we go the extra mile to ensure your home’s safety by employing tried and tested screening of guests in the app, and Airbnb/VRBO approved security measures at your home.

We work with you from your first interest in renting out your home or guest house, through registering with the city, appointing your home with necessary supplies, decor and security preparation, photography, app set up, smart pricing, guest communication, check in, and through check out. After that, our team ensures that your house is in the same condition you left it in, and deals with any accidents or issues that may have arisen. Airbnb and VRBO have one million dollar insurance policies in place to protect your house and bank account in case of any damage. With our extensive experience in filing claims and making sure the process is handled correctly, you can rest assured your home is in caring hands.
